Deondra Cephus
Founder + CEO
Deondra Cephus is a collaborative leader who takes a systematic approach to helping clients maintain contract and procedural documentation, including annual report filing and managing operational agreements. Her meticulous attention to detail and ability to identify operational deficits has been instrumental in the development and testing of new processes and procedures to maximize efficiency.
For the past 15 years, Deondra has worked as a Paralegal, where she has been responsible for managing corporate operations and supporting organizational leaders in mobilizing strategic planning initiatives to develop and implement comprehensive operating procedures. Her professional experience includes supporting Real Estate Portfolio Companies in resolving documentation contractual discrepancies to give authorization to perform contracted tasks.
Deondra was able to leverage her operations management skills and knowledge of contract review and preparation to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she helps Real Estate professionals ensure smooth, end-to-end transactions by utilizing her knowledge of systems administration to create marketing material and build client relationships. Her efforts have resulted in more accurate and timely submission of contract deliverables, giving Real Estate professionals the capacity to execute more seamless closings.
